Aug 19 - Deutronomy 28

Deutronomy 28   1 If you fully obey the LORD your God and carefully follow all his commands I give you today, the LORD your God will set you high above all the nations on earth. 2 All these blessings will come upon you and accompany you if you obey the LORD your God:   God has promised us numerous blessing if we obey the Lord, and follow his commands.   3 You will be blessed in the city and blessed in the country.   We will be blessed everywhere and anywhere, in urban, suburban as well as rural. We will be blessed everywhere we go.   4 The fruit of your womb will be blessed, and the crops of your land and the young of your livestock—the calves of your herds and the lambs of your flocks.   We will be blessed with children. We will be blessed in our work and our business.  Our work bring in good income.  Our business will flourish.   5 Your basket and your kneading trough will be blessed.   Not to sure the relevance of basket and kneading at those times.  Is it kitchen? Our kitchen is blessed.  There is constantly sufficient food in the kitchen.   6 You will be blessed when you come in and blessed when you go out.   We are blessed all the time.   7 The LORD will grant that the enemies who rise up against you will be defeated before you. They will come at you from one direction but flee from you in seven.   God promises to protect us against our enemies.  We will be victorious in the battle.   8 The LORD will send a blessing on your barns and on everything you put your hand to. The LORD your God will bless you in the land he is giving you.   God will bless our bank accounts, wealth instruments and assets.  God will bless our work and our business.  Whatever we do will be a success. God will bless us in the land where we live.   9 The LORD will establish you as his holy people, as he promised you on oath, if you keep the commands of the LORD your God and walk in his ways. 10 Then all the peoples on earth will see that you are called by the name of the LORD, and they will fear you.   All the outside people will acknowledge that we are men of God. They will respect and honour us..   11 The LORD will grant you abundant prosperity—in the fruit of your womb, the young of your livestock and the crops of your ground—in the land he swore to your forefathers to give you.   If we obey and follow God's ways, God will reward us tremendously. God will give us abundant prosperity. God will give us many children. God will bless our work and our business, hence, giving us a good income. God will bless wherever we are.   12 The LORD will open the heavens, the storehouse of his bounty, to send rain on your land in season and to bless all the work of your hands. You will lend to many nations but will borrow from none. 13 The LORD will make you the head, not the tail. If you pay attention to the commands of the LORD your God that I give you this day and carefully follow them, you will always be at the top, never at the bottom.   God will send rain…which is very important to farmers, and those living in desert or dry place. God will bless all our work and our business. We will have so much money that we can lend to others. We will have so much money that we need not borrow. God will make us the Leader, and not the follower.  We will among the first, and not among the last.  We will be in the top percentile among the people. If we walk in God's ways, we will always be at the TOP, and never at the bottom.  We will be successful.  We will never become a failure.   14 Do not turn aside from any of the commands I give you today, to the right or to the left, following other gods and serving them.   We must turn aside from God's ways.  We must not sway away from God's ways. We must not follow other gods and serve them, such as money, golf, any form of extreme indulgence, etc.   THANK YOU, GOD for these promise. I claim all these promises in the name of Christ Jesus. Amen.
